About the role

RUPES BIGFOOT DETAILING CENTER

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hands-on Supervisor who will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the team in maintaining high-quality detailing services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and staff performance
• Assign tasks and monitor work progress
• Ensure quality of detailing services and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and inquiries professionally
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the workplace
• Prepare basic daily reports and updates for management
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
• At least 1 year of relevant supervisory or work experience
• Experience in automotive detailing, automotive services, or related industries is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-service oriented and responsible
• Computer literate and able to prepare basic reports
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required
• Willing to work in Cebu City
