Supervisor

Quick N Clean Car Wash is seeking a reliable, energetic, and hands-on Shift Supervisor to help lead our team and oversee daily site operations. This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, holds others accountable, delivers excellent customer service, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

The Shift Supervisor will support the General Manager by directing employees throughout the shift, maintaining strong sales and customer-service standards, ensuring opening and closing duties are completed correctly, and keeping the property clean, safe, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members throughout each shift

Assign duties and verify that all tasks are completed properly

Coach employees on membership sales, customer engagement, and handling objections

Monitor employee performance and communicate concerns to the General Manager

Provide friendly, professional service and resolve customer concerns

Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor and communicate wash instructions clearly

Assist with tunnel operations and respond appropriately to equipment or safety issues

Open and close the site according to company procedures

Handle register transactions, cash procedures, refunds, and customer accounts accurately

Maintain cleanliness throughout the lot, vacuum area, pay stations, office, and tunnel

Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards

Help maintain inventory and notify management when supplies are needed

Support the General Manager in reaching sales, membership, customer-service, and operational goals

Qualifications:

Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, sales, hospitality, or car-wash experience preferred

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Dependable, punctual, and comfortable holding team members accountable

Confident coaching employees and speaking with customers

Able to work independently and make sound decisions

Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions

Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning duties

Must have reliable transportation

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, opening shifts, and closing shifts as scheduled

The ideal candidate is not someone who simply watches the shift. We are looking for a leader who works alongside the team, notices what needs to be done, protects the customer experience, and helps create a productive and positive work environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
