工作内容
負責門市日常營運管理，確保店舖運作順暢及符合公司標準
帶領及管理前線團隊，負責安排輪班工作人手（排班）及工作調配
監督服務質素、商品陳列及庫存管理 培訓、指導及激勵團隊成員，提升整體銷售表現與顧客滿意度
入職要求
具備 3 年或以上 服裝零售 或相關行業經驗
具備門市管理及帶領團隊經驗優先考慮
具良好的溝通協調技巧、領導才能及團隊合作精神
成熟獨立、有責任感，能於壓力下工作及解決問題
良好的中英文溝通能力（精通粵語、基本普通話及英語）
