Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a tyre shop, workshop, or automotive service centre.
• Strong hands-on experience in:

* Wheel Alignment

* Tyre Changing

* Wheel Balancing

* Tyre Rotation

* Tyre inspection and basic troubleshooting

• Experienced in supervising and managing technicians.
• Good understanding of daily workshop/service centre operations.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Workshop & Team Supervision

• Supervise daily tyre, alignment and balancing operations.
• Assign jobs and manage technicians according to workload.
• Perform or assist with alignment, balancing, tyre changing and tyre rotation when required.
• Check completed work to ensure proper quality and safety.
• Train and guide technicians when necessary.
• Monitor workshop equipment, tools and cleanliness.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Service Centre management.

Paperwork & Administration

• Check and verify job sheets for completed service jobs.
• Collect and organise job sheets on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain proper records of completed jobs and service activities.
• Key in and calculate Service Advisor incentives accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service reports when required.
• Ensure all paperwork and documents are properly filed and maintained.

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to prepare reports, quotations, job records and other administrative documents.
• Able to perform basic data entry, calculations and record keeping using Excel.
