Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that we maintain high standards of customer service, food hygiene and cleanliness. This position is perfect for individuals who have experience in the hospitality industry and have led a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in food preparation and culinary tasks as needed, ensuring quality control throughout the food production process.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for excellent service at all times.
• Train new employees on operational procedures, food safety practices, and customer service expectations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• A basic knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £500.00-£550.00 per week
