Supervisor

**Responsibilities: **

• Supervise and coordinate daily dishwashing and cleaning operations.
• Plan and allocate duties to dishwashing staff according to operational needs.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and handling of plates, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of food waste and rubbish.
• Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Assist with operational duties when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements: **

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within dishwashing, kitchen, or food service operations preferred.
• Good team leadership and communication skills.
• Able to organize, delegate, and monitor staff effectively.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holiday
