Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations across all departments including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Manage employee orientation processes for new hires and facilitate ongoing training programs to enhance team skills.
• Oversee recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates to build a high-performing team.
• Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and maintain accurate records of store transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate purchasing to optimize product availability while controlling costs.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and pricing adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry or sales team management.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations including inventory control, merchandising, and sales management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage conflict resolution.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and operational management.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, budgeting, and basic math is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
