About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Okami Camden.

The successful candidate will help manage day-to-day restaurant operations, support staff, maintain excellent customer service and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
• Coordinate staff and allocate duties
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and presentation
• Assist with staff training and onboarding
• Help maintain smooth food and beverage service
• Follow workplace health, safety and food-handling requirements
• Support the restaurant manager with daily operations
• Work efficiently during busy periods
