New opening in September in Central, Hong Kong with Hora Hospitality Group, will deliver a high-standard dining experience built on excellent service, professionalism, and hospitality. We are looking for a Supervisor to help lead the team and ensure smooth operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise and support servers/host team to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to maintain smooth service flow
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and escalations professionally
• Manage shift readiness (opening/closing duties, setup, table flow)
• Assist with staff training, briefing, and performance feedback
• Support inventory control and communicate stock or supply needs to management

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in restaurant operations (Supervisor/Lead experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage busy service periods
• Responsible, punctual, and service-minded
• Fluent in Cantonese and/or English (Mandarin a plus)
• Available for evenings and weekends
