Workshop Supervisor

MEDO Automotive is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure our restoration and bespoke automotive projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations and coordinate technicians across different departments.
• Allocate jobs, monitor progress, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Inspect workmanship and maintain high standards of quality, precision, and finishing.
• Coordinate with technicians, management, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor vehicle restoration, repair, customization, and modification processes.
• Ensure technicians follow approved specifications, workshop procedures, and safety standards.
• Identify technical issues and support technicians in resolving problems efficiently.
• Track project progress, materials, and required parts.
• Conduct regular quality checks throughout each stage of the build.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workshop environment.
• Support management with project updates, technical assessments, and workshop planning.
• Ensure proper handling and care of customer vehicles throughout the build process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Foreman, or Senior Automotive Technician.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair, restoration, and customization.
• Experience managing and coordinating a team of technicians.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, bodywork, and automotive restoration processes.
• Experience with classic, luxury, or customized vehicles is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• UAE/Gulf automotive workshop experience is an advantage.
• Dubai-based candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
