Supervisor – The White House, Inverness

Pay: Up to £13.75 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time position available

Are you an experienced hospitality Supervisor looking for your next challenge, or are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career?

The White House in Inverness is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering great food, drinks and service.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the venue, helping to make sure every shift runs smoothly and our guests receive an excellent experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running shifts and confidently leading the team during busy services.
• Supporting, motivating and developing team members.
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.
• Working across both the bar and floor.
• Supporting the management team with the day-to-day operation of the venue.
• Opening and closing the business when required.
• Dealing confidently with guest queries and resolving issues.
• Helping train new and existing team members.
• Ensuring the venue is clean, organised and ready for service.
• Supporting sales and helping the team achieve business targets.

• Confident leading a team and running shifts.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Reliable, organised and able to use their own initiative.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering great customer service.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but we're also interested in experienced hospitality team members who are ready to take the next step.

Good bar knowledge and experience is recommended for this role.
