Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to lead our retail team with energy and enthusiasm. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operation including sales, inventory control, cashiering, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team by providing training, coaching, and ongoing development to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, and stock rotation to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and reporting; ensure cash register accuracy at all times.
• Conduct managerial communication with staff regarding shift management, operational updates, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience within the retail industry or similar environment with demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
