Job Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards
• Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
• Assist customers with product recommendations and customised perfume creation
• Monitor stock levels and report to management for replenishment
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role (beauty/fragrance experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales-driven, organised, and proactive
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude and passion for fragrance and retail
