Ground Operations

You are the key person cleaners approach when they need assistance on the ground.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning work and support hands-on cleaning duties.
• Investigate complaints or feedback and take corrective action where required.
• Maintain site cleaning supplies, chemicals, consumables and equipment.
• Fetch cleaners from point to point.
• Support planning and scheduling.
• Screen candidates to maintain staffing requirements.
• Train new or existing employees and recommend disciplinary action where applicable.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Polite, patient and able to take direction.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Environmental Cleaning.
