Duties

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage staff schedules, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance to foster a productive work environment.
• Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure products are well-presented and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent phone etiquette.
• Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, sales reporting, and maintaining organizational records.
• Promote a positive team culture by providing coaching, feedback, and recognition for staff achievements.

Skills

• Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or sales environments.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and inspire diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in team management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks.
• Experience in retail management or related administrative roles preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: £12.71-£15.50 per hour
