Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Fourways, Johannesburg

Salary Range: R18 000- R23 000 per month

Our reputable company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor who is fluent in both Afrikaans and English. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

• Draw up accurate financial statements.

• Process books efficiently.

• Handle accounting and tax responsibilities.

* Plan, assign and review staff’s work

2. Qualifications and Experience:

• Bcom degree in Accounting or related field.

• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Caseware, Pastel, Sage, Excel, and Word.

• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

3. Probation Period:

• Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month probationary period.

Key Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS

• Technically competent accounting knowledge through to Annual Financial Statements.
