Supervisor

• Primary Responsibility: Oversee production and inspection teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Tasks:

• Manage operators and assign duties.

• Monitor adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Ensure documentation and batch records are accurate.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Production departments.

• Train and mentor staff on GMP and safety.

• Skills Required: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, WHO, etc.).
