The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Synge & Byrne Knocknacarra.

As a Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day running of the café, help lead the team during busy service periods, and play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and exceptional experience. Ensuring food and coffee standards are exceptional along with controlling costs and food safety records.

What You'll Bring

A positive, proactive attitude

A passion for hospitality and customer service

Strong communication and people skills

The ability to lead by example and motivate others

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with Food or Coffee

Experience in HACCP and Food Safety Systems

Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential

Flexibility to work a full-time rota across Monday to Sunday
