Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor to manage workers and coordinate day-to-day activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor work quality and productivity.
• Maintain workplace discipline and safety.
• Coordinate with workers and management.
• Handle worker-related issues and ensure proper task completion.
• Report daily activities and production-related issues to management.

Requirements

• Experience in Rubber Floor Mat / Rubber Manufacturing is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in any manufacturing industry can be considered.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing activities.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi.
• Ability to manage and coordinate workers.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
