Supervisor – B.Sc. Chemistry

Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 2–3 years in Production / Quality / Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor – B.Sc. Chemistry to oversee day-to-day production and operational activities, ensure process compliance, and supervise the assigned team. The candidate will work closely with Production, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production and operational activities.
• Ensure activities are carried out as per SOPs, GMP and safety standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment utilization.
• Maintain production records, logbooks and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance and other departments.
• Monitor process quality and report deviations or operational issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and identification of materials.
• Maintain housekeeping, hygiene and safety standards.
• Guide and supervise team members and support training of new employees.
• Assist in audits, inspections and corrective actions.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Chemistry and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of SOP, GMP and safety practices.
• Good team-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain documentation and records.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. Chemistry
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Production, Quality, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Ayurvedic or related manufacturing will be preferred
