We are looking for a responsible and motivated Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with employees, ensure work is completed on time, and maintain smooth workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.

• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed properly and on time.

• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.

• Communicate instructions clearly to the team.

• Maintain discipline and a positive working environment.

• Coordinate with management regarding daily work updates and employee performance.

• Handle basic employee-related issues and resolve routine problems.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

• Prepare and maintain basic daily reports.

• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Support management in achieving daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

• English/Hindi/Nepali communication skills will be an advantage.
