Short JD And Key Responsibilites

• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed by the production team.
• A safe working environment with minimal accidents or safety incidents.
• Evaluate the performance of production staff, providing feedback and ensuring continuous development and training.
• Ensure that production lines are adequately staffed and resources (accessories, materials, tools) are available as needed. Smooth, uninterrupted production processes.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Engineering Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
