We’re Hiring – F&B Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional F&B Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Assign duties and organize staff schedules according to operational requirements.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Ensure company policies and food safety standards are followed.
• Assist with inventory control and minimize wastage.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good command of English.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
