Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Teams: Direct, guide, and schedule daily work for electricians and technicians.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce safety rules and ensure all work follows electrical codes and regulations.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings to plan projects.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose major system failures and fix complex equipment problems.
• Manage Resources: Track project budgets, order materials, and report progress to project managers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related trade field.
• Experience: Several years of hands-on field experience working as an electrician or technician.
• Licensing: Valid local electrical license or certification required by regional authorities.
