Supervisor

A well established construction company is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and help deliver a large residnetial site 

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for keeping multiple homes moving, coordinating trades and ensuring each stage is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

The Role:
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day supervision of multiple homes, working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team to keep the project moving.

You'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Managing multiple homes and work fronts
• Planning daily and weekly site activities
• Keeping construction on programme
• Driving quality and site safety
• Identifying and resolving issues quickly
• Managing site documentation and reporting
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience within residential construction
• Experience working across high volume residential projects
• Strong understanding of residential construction and sequencing
• Confident coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Energetic, proactive and delivery focused
• Ability to manage multiple homes and priorities
• Trade background preferred
