JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the assigned store. The role ensures that store standards, customer service, product quality, food safety, sales performance, and team productivity are consistently maintained. The Supervisor leads the store team, monitors daily activities, and ensures compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Store Operations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all products are prepared and served according to llaollao standards.
• Monitor store cleanliness, product quality, food safety, and proper sanitation.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Monitor the proper use, cleanliness, and condition of store equipment.
• Ensure sufficient stocks, ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies are available.
• Coordinate inventory concerns and replenishment requirements with the Area Manager or concerned department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Team Management
• Lead, supervise, and motivate Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and overall team performance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve performance and service quality.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of newly hired employees.
• Maintain discipline and address operational or employee concerns appropriately.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive working environment.
• Customer Service
• Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and consistent service.
• Monitor the accuracy, quality, presentation, and timely preparation of customer orders.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure the store maintains a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
• Sales and Store Performance
• Monitor daily store sales and support the achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Encourage effective selling and upselling practices among team members.
• Monitor store performance and identify areas that require improvement.
• Assist in controlling operating expenses and minimizing product and material wastage.
• Review daily sales and operational reports and provide necessary updates to the Area Manager.
• Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and company standards.
• Prepare and submit required store reports accurately and on time.
• Report operational issues, equipment concerns, employee matters, and other incidents to the Area Manager.
• Ensure that required store documents, records, and checklists are properly maintained.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Area Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in food service, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, food safety, and store operations.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
