Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our depot in Huntingwood, as an experienced Horticulturist you'll take ownership of a diverse porfolio of high profile client sites and lead and develop your team to deliver the kind of high quality work that our reputation is built on.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites across South Western Sydney
• Lead, develop and upskill your teams to deliver excellence
• Build strong, trusting realtionships with clients
• Drive improvements to service delivery & site presentation
• Foster a safety-first culture

What you’ll bring

You're an experienced horticulturist and people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are known for building strong relationships and delivering outstanding results for your clients.

• Minimum Cert III in a relevant Trade Qualification
• Experience in leading, developing and motivating teams
• Strong background in turf, horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound decision-making abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• Current unrestricted driver's licence
• Willingness to undertake a WWCC and National Police Check
