SUPERVISOR

Our distinguished portfolio includes Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, and OMAROO Grill & Rooftop Bar.

We would like to invite highly motivated service professionals who are fluent in Cantonese and English with excellent guest service skills to join our dynamic team.

We are now looking for Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with the kitchen and the front of house staff to ensure a smoother restaurant operation.
• Fully support and assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in all food & bar service, guest relations, staff supervision, budgeting, sales projections and development
• Follow training schedules to ensure performance objectives are met
• Provide leadership and team building for all personnel in the restaurant

Requirements:

• 4-5 year of experience in food and beverage industry preferable
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Excellent guest service skills
• Able to communicate in English
