Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily delivery operations, driver dispatching, and route scheduling to ensure timely orders fulfillment.
• Supervise, coach, and support delivery drivers and logistics staff in their day-to-day duties.
• Monitor delivery progress, resolve on-road issues, and handle client inquiries or escalation requests.
• Manage vehicle fleet arrangements, ensuring daily pre-trip checks and regular vehicle maintenance schedules are met.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, safe driving practices, and cargo handling procedures.
• Assist in monitoring operational performance, delivery completion rates, and driver productivity.
• Support manual loading, unloading, and ground delivery duties during peak hours or as operational needs arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or fleet operations with supervisory exposure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, routes, and traffic navigation applications.
• Capable of handling and lifting parcels/goods during loading and unloading activities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills under fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible working hours/shifts based on operational requirements.
