Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties: - supervise the staff, including training.- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment - Monitor and maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving overall operations - Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction Experience: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

Pay starting at $13.00 to $14.00 base pay + Tips.
