Problem Solving:

Address any operational or staff-related issues that may arise in the spa.
Find solutions to optimize the spa's performance and customer satisfaction.

Staff Management:

Supervise and lead spa staff, estheticians, receptionists, and support staff.
Schedule and coordinate work shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the spa.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
Assist in resolving challenging customer situations.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that spa services are provided at the highest quality and according to spa standards.
• Supervise and monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas.
