Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Delegate daily tasks, assign workflows, and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity.
• Performance Management: Monitor employee output, conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and handle initial disciplinary actions if necessary.
• Training & Development: Onboard new hires, train staff on operational procedures, and cross-train employees to close skill gaps.
• Quality & Safety Control: Enforce company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards to maintain a secure and high-quality work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve day-to-day operational issues, customer complaints, or team conflicts quickly to prevent workplace bottlenecks.
• Reporting: Track team metrics (e.g., sales goals, production output, attendance) and compile progress reports for upper management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, management, or the specific field of work is highly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in the specific industry, often showing a track record of informal leadership or seniority.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in using industry-specific software, workforce scheduling tools, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
