What they need
Working hours: 07:00-16:00 / 14:45-23:45 / 22:30-07:30 (6 working days per week, Shift required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the next level of staff to meet the company set objective
- Conduct Internal Assessment, Daily Operation & Administration work
- Manage manpower deployment in real time operation
- Submit incident log to Duty Manager
- Handle incident & Complaints, Report the real time operation to Duty Manager
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with a minimum of 2 years Customer Service Supervisory Experience
- With experience of airline/airport operations environment is a plus
- Competency in customer skills, operations management and common PC software
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and good inter-personal skills
