• Contact candidates and explain job roles, salary, working hours, location, facilities, and employment terms.

• Coordinate employee deployment to client locations.

• Arrange replacement employees whenever there is absenteeism or employee attrition.

• Visit client locations regularly to understand manpower requirements and resolve employee-related issues.
