Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to lead and inspire our retail team. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stock levels, and product placement to maximize sales potential.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide training and coaching to staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, phone etiquette, and organizational skills.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve team productivity.
• Foster a welcoming environment by maintaining excellent communication with customers and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven management or supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, merchandising, and sales management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and administrative competence.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail management or related fields is preferred; supervising experience is essential.

Pay: £12.95 per hour
