Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including sales floor activities, inventory management, and customer interactions
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, hiring processes, and onboarding to build a strong retail team
• Manage payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize stock levels and product presentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies on merchandising, stocking, marketing, and operational procedures
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in the retail industry with a focus on sales team management and operational oversight
• Strong background in retail math including sales management, and inventory control
• Demonstrated ability in employee recruitment, training & development, and managerial communication
• Familiarity with POS systems and wireless sales environments.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases
• Experience in cashiering and cash handling.
• Excellent organizational skills combined with time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
