Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and discipline.
• Monitor employee productivity and work performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Maintain shift reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle operational issues and ensure proper shift handovers.

Candidate Requirements

✔Previous experience in a supervisory role.
✔Prior experience working night shifts is mandatory.
✔ Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
✔Strong manpower-handling and coordination skills.
✔Ability to manage operations independently and responsibly.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
