Due to continued growth we are seeking to appoint someone for this important role in our award winning Pubs!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our teams as a Supervisor. This is a full-time role located in the above venues. The venue are very busy pubs with a strong focus on food and great drinks, with the addition of busy functions business.

As the Supervisor, you will work closely with the Management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your establishment. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels, implementing company policies, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

To be successful in this role, its desirable to have previous experience in a similar position, or be able to demonstrate the ability and readiness to step up, within the hospitality industry. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail are also essential qualities for this role.

• Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role within the hospitality industry

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
