Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES;

} **Daily Scheduling:**Creating shifts, assigning specific duties, and adjusting staffing levels based on guest occupancy rates.

} Onboarding & Training: Training new hires on hotel policies, property management software (PMS), and customer service standards.

} Performance Management: Monitoring staff workflows, providing constructive feedback, and resolving internal employee conflicts.

REQUIREMENTS;

} Must reside in Benin city.

QUALIFICATION;

} Minimum Qualification : HND/BSC

} Experience: 2 Years

INDUSTRY: Hotel

WORKING SCHEDULE: 1 day in/1 day out

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
