**Supervisor

(High Speed)** Business Unit: 5079 - NH East Location: Milton Keynes Job Role Ringway is seeking a proactive and safety-focused Supervisor to support the delivery of maintenance and improvement works across the National Highways East Contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading highways services provider working on one of the UK's most critical transport networks.

Working within a fast-paced operational environment, you will be responsible for supervising works on the high-speed network, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with National Highways standards and contractual requirements.

Duties

• Supervise highways maintenance and operational activities across the network.
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate operatives, subcontractors and resources on site.
• Conduct site inspections, briefings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor programme delivery and report progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with National Highways policies, procedures and permit requirements.
• Support incident response and emergency works when required.

Person Specification

• Previous experience supervising works on the National Highways Strategic Road Network (SRN).
• Strong highways maintenance or construction background.
• High Speed Road experience is essential.
• Relevant National Highways tickets and accreditations are essential.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
