SUPERVISOR

• To lead Ops Tech and arrange assigned task to meet safety and quality objectives.
• Ensure responsible area meeting the 6s expectation, and requirement.
• To arrange daily task of Ops Tech in Daily Task meeting.
• To Supervise Ops Tech, organizing, and monitoring daily task execution involving:
• Product cycle run
• Qual development loading to meet department KPI such as LIPAS, HSD closure & quality
• Responsible on team working schedule, attendance, compliance (including site regulation and C19 SOP), shift coverage and quality performance.
• Maintains Ops Tech competency by training & certification.
• Prepare and coordinate daily ops & daily Gyat indicators for review and maintain data for bi-weekly Ops.
• Attend to quality issues (AAR) investigation and attending Quality Meeting.
• Monitor the status of collaterals and replacement parts required.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, product cycle management, and quality processes.
• Familiarity with 6S, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and use of operational indicators.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willing to work shifts or extended hours when required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
