About the role

This role involves managing product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing costs within a manufacturing environment. You will analyze material costs, yield, scrap, purchase price variances, and production variances, while leading physical inventory counts and ensuring compliance with accounting and internal control requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost
• Analyze material costs, yield, scrap, PPV, and production variances
• Lead and reconcile physical inventory count
• Ensure costing and inventory activities comply with accounting and internal control requirements
• Support audits and drive improvements in costing processes, systems, and reporting

About you

• Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years' experience in costing within a manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting, controlling, and standard costing
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills with good attention to detail
