Duties

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant and pub.
• Support the management team with opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise staff during busy service periods and ensure efficient teamwork.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety, and health & safety are maintained.
• Assist with stock control, cash handling, and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, pub, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A positive, hands-on attitude with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
