Employment Type: Full-Time 35 hours per week
Reports To: (Restaurant Manager)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Supervisor to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facets of our restaurant's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing staff and driving fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily Management: Oversee all front-of-house, ensuring operational efficiency and high standards are consistently met.
• Team Leadership:
• Train, and supervise all restaurant staff
• Manage a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction, handle customer complaints professionally, and monitor online reviews and feedback channels.
• Inventory & Supplier Management: Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to all health, safety & food safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
• Barista trained
• 18+
• Minimum of [1-2] years of proven experience in management or a similar supervisory role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations, booking systems, POS systems like Square
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)..
• Availability:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as the demands of the business require.
