Shift Supervisor – Agility, York
Pay: £12.50–£13.50 per hour (depending on age and experience)

The role
As Shift Supervisor, you'll run the shift across Front of House, the Park and the Kitchen. You'll lead Team Leaders and team members, keep standards high and make sure every family leaves happy. You'll report to the General Manager.

What you'll do

• Act as key holder, opening and closing the building safely and securely
• Set shift priorities, assign tasks and check that cleaning, safety and operational routines are done to standard
• Run 1-2-1s, return-to-work and lateness meetings, and give clear, supportive feedback
• Lead inductions and on-shift training, and keep training records up to date
• Complete safety checks, inspections and audits, and follow up on any actions
• Record and escalate incidents and near misses
• Cash up accurately, manage stock levels and flag maintenance issues
• Spot problems, suggest fixes and see them through

What we're looking for

• Experience leading shifts or teams in a busy, customer-facing environment (leisure, hospitality or retail)
• A calm head under pressure and the confidence to make decisions
• Strong organisation: you like checklists, standards and following things through
• Comfortable with cash handling and basic reporting
• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine interest in great customer service

• Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this)
• Food Hygiene certificate (we can provide training)
