Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead a dynamic team? ProCook, a renowned name in the cookware industry, is looking for a skilled Supervisor for our store in Braehead. This is a 16hrs/week position working Mon to Sun on a rota, working 2 shifts a week of 8hrs/day, based in our Shopping Village, Pughs Garden Centre - Cardiff Store!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
• Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
