Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis.

This is a local role which will see you working on mining and power generation sites throughout the Hunter Valley Region.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you will bring:

• 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
• Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification – Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker.
• CHPP and shutdown experience preferred.
• The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
• Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.
• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
