What they need
- Responsible for complete supervison of restaurant .
- Should have knowledge of food preparation, management and inventory .
- Should be responsible for cleanliness of restaurant.
- Should liase with customers and responsible for proper food delivery.
- Understand delivery instructions from director and packing requirements by customers.
- supervise and make sure that frozen food items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Monitor quality and quantity of food items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management.
- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and trading goods and outgoing finished products
- To check the store keepers are maintaining cleanliness and storage safety of food products.
- Monitor, count and record Inventories. Maintain proper documentations and pictures of inventory records
- Should be able to work in any shifts/split shifts and in rotational holidays.
