SUPERVISOR

1. Daily Operations & Management

Oversee daily salon activities

to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

Manage staff schedules

2. Team Leadership & Training

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Train staff on advanced beauty techniques

3. Customer Service & Sales

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by

handling VIP clients and resolving customer complaints

Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience

Proven experience (2-4 years)

as a Salon Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Lead Beautician.

A diploma or professional certification in

Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Hospitality Management

is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills
