Supervisor

Job Overview

As a Supervisor, you’ll guide a team, coordinate day-to-day operations and help deliver a positive customer experience. You’ll use clear communication, sound judgement and strong organisational skills to keep priorities on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support team members, setting clear expectations and helping the team work effectively.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manage time and maintain smooth operations.
• Support sales management and retail management activities, including merchandising and maintaining an appealing shop floor.
• Handle administrative duties and customer or team enquiries with professional phone etiquette.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers; multilingual or bilingual communication skills are welcome.

Experience

• Previous supervising experience, management experience or team management skills are valuable.
• Retail management or sales management experience is useful but not essential.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, time management and organisational skills are important.
• Administrative experience and confidence with phone etiquette are advantageous.
• Additional languages are welcome; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
